My Experience: 

   Thank you for viewing my online portfolio. I'm a licensed school counselor (preK-12) with 10 years of experience working with youth (K through 8th grade) and 7 years of experience in the school setting. 

 

      I have gained a vast amount of experience, training and a diverse skill set while working for a best in class school system, Fairfax County Public Schools. These skills include leadership as Pyramid Lead, ESSER Wellness Lead, MTSS Behavior/Wellness Lead, School Based Coordinator for all 504 plans, Mentor Program Coordinator, SEL Screener Lead and Positivity Project Lead. Other skills include individual and small group counseling, classroom guidance instruction, collaboration with staff and parents, crisis support, and proactive behavioral support including leading the school-wide implementation on the Zones of Regulation to help with behavior concerns.
